Bar Manager:
Supervises entire operations of the bar department; oversees
training and managing of the bar staff, cleanliness of lounges,
three to five years food and beverage experience
Bartender:
Responsible for serving alcoholic beverages to passengers in
lounges and on decks, bar set-up,cleanliness, stocking
Bar waiter:
Responsible for serving alcoholic beverages to passengers in lounges and on decks. Set-up bar stations, assist in re-stocking supplies, clean stations. Restaurant and/or bar experience working in restaurants or hotels.
Bar Utility:
Responsible for cleanliness of lounges and re-stocking bar supplies
Cocktail Waiter/Waitress:
Ability to take drink orders and serves drinks at cocktail parties. Knowledge of bar drinks is helpful.
Wine Steward / Sommelier:
Recommend and serve wines and bar beverages. Experience as a Sommelier or Bartender and extensive knowledge of wines.
