1.1 Additional services for employment

Kouzon Team is always ready to offer a complete service for employment of the candidates through the following processes:

• Coordinating the medical exams required by the employer in cooperation with 2 medical facilities: Neuromedika or Cardiomedika Srbinovski.
• Check the police record
• Assistance for obtaining visas for any country
• Organization and realization of STCW-95 certificates in cooperation with BMTC-Varna , Bulgaria (the trainings are held in Skopje)
• Assisting and help in obtaining Seamen book
• Getting airline ticket for seamen through online reservation system, available 24h
  
• Assisting and leading our candidates throughout the whole process

Note: Kouzon Corporation is always ready to organize trainings in accordance with the standards of the cruising companies. The trainings are free of charge for the candidates and for the cruise company. The trainings lasts 5 working days and 8-10 hours per day. Besides basic information, trainings also include: Terms and Conditions, Code of conduct, Safety on board, nautical terminology. Special accent is put on the specifications for certain positions. These trainings are performed by Training team of Kouzon Corporation, which consists of highly professional personnel.

1.3 Medical Ground

We accept the obligation for help and assistance of all medical ground cases with special delight:

• Organizing the medical team for meeting at the airport
• Choosing the best clinics and doctors for treatment
• Booking terms for examination or rehabilitation
• Checking the validity of all types of medical documents issued by unauthorized departments
• Scanning and sending all necessary documents to the medical department of Cruising company or other subject that is in charge of the medical ground cases
• Receiving and handling cheque for the crew members who are on medical leave
