Practical training

The completion of work assignments in the active work environment (restaurants, hotels, bars, pizza restaurants etc.) is an important part of the overall system of training which Kouzon Training Center is conducting in the frame of presentation trainings and employment of our candidates.

It is mandatory and every candidate is obliged to undergo a practical training under the supervision of our trainers and managers in our training practice hospitality objects.
Our work activities in these objects are performed by completing work tasks in front of guests who are in a certain point evaluators of the work of the trainees.

The practical training encompasses 20 to 30 work hours, concentrated on practicing activities related to a suitable position.

After the completion of the training - the trainee (candidate) will receive a certificate for completed training.

Our purpose for these activities is to provide our candidates a real work environment in an object full of guests, so they could have at least some experience if they get employed abroad for some of our partners
