Since our establishment in 1995, our goal is to set up high recruiting and training standards in order to satisfy the needs of our partners from all around the world.

In 2003 Kouzon Corporation built its own network of offices at the territory of Republic of Macedonia , called National Network for Employment, operating throughout 21 offices. We started the regional call in 1999 with the opening of the offices in Bulgaria, followed with the establishment of network of offices in Serbia in 2004 and at the end office in Monte Negro in 2006.

Another achievement of Kouzon Corporation is the initiative and assistance that we have taken for successful operation of several associations in the field of hospitality, including Cooks and Bartenders Association. Currently we are striving for establishment of Waiters Association. Also, Kouzon Corporation is active member of Hotel Associations HOTAM , BAHA and IHRA.

Kouzon Corporation has extraordinary cooperation with all Universities for Hospitality, Secondary Schools as well as with business owners of restaurants and bars in our region.

Kouzon is also active in the area of Hospitality Education whereas, for 2 years we have successful operation of the training center. Through professional trainings, followed by practical part, we strive to achieve the highest level of qualification and experience for our trainees. A special part of our training center belongs to the Language Courses (Italian, French, German and Spanish) . Our lecturers are repute professors with great professional experience.

In the coming period, our next activity of great importance is the opening of Kouzon College for Gastronomy and Hospitality and also Vine Academy in cooperation with repute educational institution from Europe.
